The company Unmanned Aerial Systems is a leader in the development of unmanned civil aviation in Russia. The company’s fleet consists of drones that perform tasks across various industries, from monitoring animal populations in nature reserves to assisting with natural disaster relief.
Our tasks included developing the website, updating the logo, creating a corporate identity and designing branded materials.
When working on the logo, the client specified that the core concept should remain the same — the silhouette of an unmanned aerial vehicle within the abbreviation Unmanned Aerial Systems. We kept the layout of the elements but made the logo more clear, professional and modern: we removed unnecessary volume, used a sans-serif font and eliminated the gradient.
To make the website stand out among competitors, we developed 3D models of UAVs and integrated them into the design. Right on the homepage, visitors are greeted by a drone that follows the scroll as they navigate the page.
We created custom icons for website navigation and some specific pages, which added even more uniqueness to the site.
Unmanned aviation is still an innovative field and a developing market that requires introducing the target audience to its potential. For instance, a nature reserve director may not be fully aware of the advantages of using drones to manage the protected area under their care. To help website visitors navigate what content to explore, the company's operations were divided into eight directions, with a dedicated page developed for each.
For those already knowledgeable about UAVs and their applications, we created pages with detailed specifications for each drone.
In total, 46 layouts were designed and coded.

We created a harmonious and balanced color palette dominated by sky shades that represent an airy environment. For the company's signature font, we chose the grotesque typeface Inter, which has proven to work beautifully in both the company's print materials and its interface.
